If you haven't had an update after a week from placing your order, you can fill out this form for an update.

Most orders move through without a hiccup, but unfortunately, some get stuck waiting for stock or are delayed for other reasons.

Please fill out this short form so we can give you an update on your order. We will read all submissions and will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Once you submit the form we will have one of our staff look into your order and provide an update (normally via a text message, but we might give you a call too)
