At Design Stitch School Wear, we’ve spent over five years perfecting the art of the Leavers' Hoodie.
Because we house our own professional printing and embroidery department, we handle your order from the first stitch to the final press—no middlemen, no stress, just high-quality keepsakes.
Every order, regardless of who places it, receives a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins.
This ensures every name is spelt correctly and the design is exactly how you envisioned it.

Parents
Direct to School: We understand the administrative requirements of a busy school office. Having worked with the majority of local schools for years, we are already fully set up on the Council’s payment systems. This makes raising a Purchase Order (PO) and settling invoices simple and compliant. Whether you are ordering for the whole year group or specific classes, we provide a reliable, end-to-end service that respects your budget and your deadlines. We can even split the order into separate bags (upon request)
PTA (Parent Teacher Association): We know how much hard work goes into being on the PTA. We’ve designed our process to be "nice and easy" so you can focus on your normal fundraising activities. You provide the list of names and sizes, and we do the rest. We offer flexible batch ordering and can provide you with all the information you need to present the hoodies to parents, ensuring a smooth, organised rollout for the entire Year 6 cohort. We can even split the order into separate bags (upon request)
Parents: Often, one or two "Class Heroes" take the lead on ordering hoodies for the group. If that’s you, we’ve got your back! You can collect the money and place a bulk order with us, or we can set up a dedicated online ordering facility. This allows parents to hop online, select their size, and pay us directly—saving you the headache of chasing cash and spreadsheets.
Note: While we can "run off" individual hoodies once a design is live, we cannot create one-off bespoke designs for single students. To ensure the highest quality, the class artwork (including the full list of names) must be pre-approved by the school or lead organiser before individual orders can be processed.
